We evaluate the design and pre-press processes together, which we see as the foundation of the business. Through this process, your designed packages are presented to you for approval as digital printables suitable for the printing technique, without going through the approval process again. We prevent your design from being changed before the printing phase.

Your approved digital data/design is received as color proof with the profile suitable for the printing technique confirmed, on EPSON Stylus 5000 proofing machine and presented for color approval to our customers.

The first stage of our integrated production is the extrusion line. We perform the extrusion of 3, 5, 7, 9-layer and multi-layer barrier films according to the exact material specification demands of our customers. HDPE, MDO PE, LDPE, PEEVOHPE, PAPE, PEPAPE, Cast Extrusion, Blown  Extrusion and Stretch films are able to be produced in this line.

In the extrusion process, special demands are met by adding reinforcements such as anti-static, colored masterbatches, slip additives, anti-fog, antioxidants and stabilizers according to the required features in line with the demands of our customers. 

Rotogravure printing is an intaglio printing technique used in the packaging industry.This method is preferred to obtain high quality and detailed prints and is ideal for creating impressive graphics, images and texts on packaging materials.

We offer up to 10 colors with the printing technique upto 1240 mm that allows us to print the most vivid colors for the most well-known and widespread brands in the market.

Optionally, partial lacquer application option is also among our services. Partial Cold Seal and Hotmelt applications can also be applied according to the packaging structure.  

The Flexo Printing stage is another area of ​​expertise for Equinox. This expertise is backed by 30 years of experience, R&D investments and a qualified workforce. We increase the competitive power of our customers by printing in high quality on our state-of-the-art Flexo Printing
machines, 2000 mm wide and have the ability to print up to 10 colors. 

By using the most suitable photopolymer and screening for our machines and printing speed, we gain high transfer capability even at the lowest points. Thanks to durable dot structures and high-strength clichés, we achieve optimum sustainable prints.

Lamination: is a process that allows us to create 4-layer structures  resistant to pasteurization and sterilization, as well as  simple solvent-free processes. It is also possible to use  paper layers.
Slittitng : Following the extrusion and Flexo / Rotogravure printing processes, the slitting (slicing) phase is passed  towards the final product. With our technological superiority that allows slitting a wide range of products  from 300 mm to 1450 mm, we can also respond to different demands in this field.

Each produced product is shipped after undergoing certain inspections. Especially in food packaging, analyses are required to confirm that the end product is in accordance with international standards and are produced in accordance with the targeted product quality, machinability and, most importantly, health.
